Well, Debra made it to Haiti today. We dropped her off at the airport at 4am this morning and she was on her way.
She is there to turn in our dossier (adoption papers) and to spend time with a very special boy there that will soon be our son. There has been challenges and continue to be but our God is bigger than any of that!
Everything is going good. Her and the boy are hitting it off. They have been playing all day with some toys and stuff that Debra took with her and they will actually get to stay together tonight. Tomorrow she will travel to Port Au Prince to meet with our Haiti adoption facilitator. She will get to take Ronel with her and maybe even get to spend some time at the beach with him while they are there. He has never been to the city or the water. It will be a special day!
We have already talked about wanting to adopt a baby girl too later on and one of the things he told Debra was that he would like to have a baby sister one day…he’ll fit right in!
Thank you all for your prayers and for following our story. Continue to pray that God will provide and knock down all obstacles that stand in our way.

I’ve been following your journey to Ronel this past week and just came across your blog this evening. I am so glad that God is bigger than the impossible!
